When integrators use our SDK to create Eniblock Wallet services, the following personal data may be collected:
- First and last names
- Email address
- Optional profile picture or avatar

For end users utilizing the Eniblock Wallet services, the following data may be collected:
- Wallet addresses (public keys)
- Contact list (addresses and descriptions) with user consent

The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing personalized customer support, troubleshooting, and answering user queries.
- Analyzing and improving the usage of our SDK using Google Analytics.
- Facilitating transactions and interactions within the Eniblock Wallet and SDK.

However to this date, no data are transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Eniblock will always offer an opt-in/opt-out option for receiving marketing materials. 10- Legal Basis for Data Processing The legal basis for processing user data includes consent for marketing purposes, contractual necessity for security and disaster recovery, and legitimate interests for other relevant processing activities. 11- International Data Transfers User data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) on Google Cloud Platform in Ireland. No data transfers outside the EEA take place.
